Organized by Leopoldsburg’s Humanistische Jongeren (Young Humanists), Pukkelpop refers to an annual three-day Belgium music festival that is held in mid-end August.
It was launched in year 1985 as a one-day small & local music event. Soon, it gained immense popularity & grew to be one of the largest Europe’s outdoor music events. It is held every year near Kiewit, around 7 kms away from Hasselt, West Belgium.
Pukkelpop festival features around ten stages & over 200 artists from across the globe. The Lineup for Pukkelpop covers almost every music genre, ranging from rock to jazz, hip-hop to dance, indie rock to heavy metal, techno & electronic.
Some of the headliners that graced Pukkelpop Festival in recent years include superstars such as Rihanna, Eminem & Björk, The Stone Roses, Metallica, Iron Maiden, The Prodigy and Daft Punk.

Participants can camp absolutely free of cost at the Camping Relax. In addition to that, basic amenities such as showers, hot water, microwaves can be accessed for free.
However, a ticket to the Camping Chill will costs around €25. Participants are advised to book their tickets for the camping in advance to avoid any delay at the last moment.
